The new type aluminium foil composite materials and pressure sentive adhesion tapes are energy saving materials which were successfuly developed in the early days of 1980s, by scientific and technological engineers of our company, experts of Nanjing Fiberglass Designing and Research Institute and Shanghai Fudong Shipyard jointly. To be entrusted by China Ship Industry Corporation, they developed the products to be used for the exporting ships of 36,000 tonnage and to replace the importing composite thermal insulation materials for the first time.Having been tested and oppraised by state authoritative departments, all the specifications have come up to and surpassed standards of international advanced countries.
From 80s to the present, application of ribbing inserted krafts of aluminium foil (won state patent), PET aluminium film fiberglass fabrics, aluminium foil fiberglass fabrics of inflaming retarding type and pressure sentive adhesion tapes has been being rapidly developed in many fields.The products have great vitality by its excellent materials, remarkable property of thermal insulation and being used for decoration materials in addition. This kind of thermal insulation and protection material can not be replaced by others at present and in the recent years of future. The products have the properties of waterproof, moistureproof, steamproof and oil-vapourproof, antiosmosis, antielectromagnrtism and screen etc. It also has the functions of heat-resistance, frost-resistance, vibration-resistance, corrosion-resistance, worm-eaten-resistance, good chemical stablity, ageing-resistance, low thermal conductivity, high efficiency and durableness. The products are widely used in the industries of construction, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, textile, ship and defence, and it is an installation of different freezing and heating equipments of house, freezing and herting piplines, store-tank, distilling tower, boiler, heat exchange, refrigerator, oven, air-conditioner and ship etc.
By practice proving, glass wool product (or other thermal insulation products) , outside-protection composite material is an ideal structure of thermal insulation and heat-protection, by using pressure sentive adhesion tape to joint or seal.By testing, compairing with heat-protection materials of nu-aluminium foil, the product can reduce heat loss about 30%, and the efficeincy of heat preservation can come up and over 90%.
